- Develop a plan grounded in an outcomes-based approach focused on student achievement.
- Establish a committee inclusive of a diverse group of stakeholders who are committed to the success of all students.

Student School Climate Surveys
As a component of the comprehensive planning process, LLSD is seeking input from stakeholders within the school community. We are asking for input from students in grades 5–12 at this time. Survey participation is optional. You will find opt-in forms for students in the following grades: 5–6, 7–8, and 9–12, as well as the surveys for students in those grades. Please review the surveys, and if you are interested in having your student(s) participate, return the opt-in form by the date indicated on the form. Students will not be able to participate without the opt-in form on file. The survey will be administered at school via Google Forms. Please reach out to your building principal with any questions. Student surveys are scheduled to be administered on April 12, 2023.

Parent/Guardian School Climate Survey
As a component of the comprehensive planning process, LLSD is seeking input from stakeholders within the school community. We are asking for input from parents/guardians via a Google form survey. Survey participation is optional. If you are interested in completing the survey, please see below to access it. Please complete the form for each child that attends a school within the Lake-Lehman School District, including LL Cyber. If you have more than one child in the same school, completing one survey is acceptable. Your name and email address is not required. Please reach out to your child's principal with any concerns regarding this survey. The deadline for completion is on Monday, April 10 at 4:00 p.m.
