Mission Academy

Lake-Lehman Junior & Senior High School Mission Academy

The Lake-Lehman Mission Academy is a program built around what we believe is most important in successful student development. The foundation of the program is based upon establishing a culture of trust, respect and responsibility. The Mission Academy focuses on the skills necessary in successful post-secondary transition that is experienced beyond the scope of academics. Students who join the academy will enroll as Squires and will challenge themselves to earn points in the four pillars of our Mission, including Community, Mastery, Independence & Generosity. As Squires earn points they will achieve various levels of Knighthood and will be celebrated for their accomplishments.

Lake-Lehman students can apply to the Mission Academy using the Mission Academy Student Application.

Upon completion and acceptance of the application, the student will be granted a mentor by the Mission Academy Panel and will begin their journey into Knighthood as a Squire.

Congratulations to our eleventh grade student, Hunter Orlofski, who completely spearheaded what he called the Mission For Veterans Project. Hunter is a squire in the Lake-Lehman Mission Academy and, with a goal of someday attending West Point, he needed to build up his leadership skills. Hunter asked the students of Lake-Lehman for help in donating different items for our local veterans. The student and community support was unbelievable, along with Hunters exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills! Awesome work, Hunter!

Pancake Food Drive 2023

Great job to all Mission Academy members who participated in our Pancake Food Drive! Mission Academy members made and sold 459 pancakes, while collecting canned goods and monetary donations for our local food bank. Thank you to all of the students, faculty, staff, and administrators who supported this worthy cause!
