Our District & Schools

We are Lake-Lehman School District, and our 2000 K–12 students are the pulse of this community. As educators and community members, we work together to create an environment that promotes a desire to learn and succeed.

The Lake-Lehman School District is located in the “Back Mountain” region of Northeastern Pennsylvania. Primarily rural, the educational community covers approximately 142 square miles. LLSD spans both Luzerne and Wyoming counties, including five townships and the borough of Harveys Lake.

Our Mission

The mission of the Lake-Lehman School District is to inspire students to achieve personal fulfillment through the context of community, mastery, independence, and generosity within a safe learning environment.

Education for All

Our district provides early childhood learning and daycare opportunities through Building Blocks Learning Center. In response to the diverse needs of our students, we provide a cyber alternative with full time and hybrid options. All of our classes are taught by Lake-Lehman teachers.

Our Schools

Lake-Lehman School District consists of four schools serving students in kindergarten through twelfth grade. We staff our schools with dedicated and passionate team members who view the students’ best interests as their number-one priority. We invite you to learn more about each of our excellent schools. You are also welcome to call or visit our schools at any time during school hours.
